Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a Field Supervisor in Personal Care Services to lead in-home care teams and ensure quality standards.

The role involves supervising caregivers, guiding training, assessing client needs, and coordinating with office staff to keep care connected. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with salary between $20.00 and $24.00 per hour, and coverage area of Austin and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and at least 60 college credit hours.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting; leadership substitute option allowed.

Responsibilities

• Support client care by conducting in-home visits to ensure quality and compliance.
• Lead caregiver orientations and training; serve as the field staff resource.
• Meet families, assess needs, and design personalized care plans.
• Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure support and connection.
• Problem-solve in the field to maintain consistent, compassionate care.

Be the Best Field Supervisor You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 60 hours or more of college coursework
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
  • (We’re flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Supervisor, you will:

• Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
