Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability and teamwork skills.

• Help participants achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise and nutrition.
• Encourage participation in community activities and meaningful daily routines.
