Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide high-quality, client-centered in-home care in Clemson, Pickens, Oconee and surrounding Upstate SC communities. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with weekly pay, 36-hour weeks on a 12-hour shift pattern, and paid orientation and training.

You will assist with ADLs, hygiene and mobility, prepare meals, provide companionship, monitor safety, and document daily activities, helping clients remain safe and independent at

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience (home care or facility-based).
• Must reside in South Carolina.
• First Aid certification required per DHEC (paid training provided if needed).
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Minimum 1 years of caregiving experience (home care or facility-based)
• Must reside in South Carolina
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• First Aid certification required per DHEC (paid training provided if needed)
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Able to meet the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting up to 50 lbs
