Job summary

Home Matters Caregiving in Clemson, SC, is seeking dependable caregivers for in-home care of seniors and adults. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes, performing ADLs, personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship.

We offer paid orientation and training, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, holiday pay, and performance-based raises. Must meet SC residency and driving requirements and pass background/drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience (home care or facility-based).
• Must reside in South Carolina.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Background check and drug screening.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Able to meet the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care including hygiene, grooming, and mobility assistance
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Monitor client safety and report changes to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and document daily activities
