As a DSP with our agency, your role falls under the "Personal Attendant" classification of California Wage Order 15. This means your primary duties are to supervise, feed, or dress individuals who need support. To protect this legal classification and ensure you are never overburdened, any general housekeeping or non‑attendant duties will strictly be capped and will never exceed 20% of your total weekly hours worked.
