Job summary

Developmental Foundations in Mattoon, IL is hiring part-time Caregivers/DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in CILA group homes. The 2nd shift includes afternoons/evenings, with weekend and holiday work required, in a compassionate, home-like setting.

This entry-level position offers paid training, opportunities to become a certified DD Aide, and benefits for eligible employees.

We are hiring! Starting at $18.75/hour.

Part-Time, 2nd shift (afternoon/evening). Work schedule may include combination weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their neighborhood group homes. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around - the - clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family-owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our group homes in Mattoon, IL.

Pay:

• $18.75/hour

Qualifications:

• DSP or CNA experience beneficial, but not required
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required

Requirements:

• High school completion or equivalency- high school diploma, signed high school transcript including graduation date or G.E.D. required
• Successfully complete and pass background check required
• Weekend/holiday availability may be required
