Job summary

Developmental Foundations is hiring Caregivers / DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in Charleston, IL. Starting at $18.75/hour with 2nd shift (afternoon/evening) and weekend work, plus a 3rd shift option with overnight hours and weekend availability.

We provide paid training and chances to grow into certified roles, with benefits like health coverage and retirement options. Weekend/holiday availability may be required, and a high school diploma or GED is expected.

We are hiring! Starting at $18.75/hour.

Full-Time, 2nd shift (afternoon/evening), combination weekday and weekend work schedule, weekend availability required.

Part-Time, 3rd shift (overnight), 11pm-7am, on Fridays and Saturdays, weekend availability required.

We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their neighborhood group homes. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family-owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our group homes in CHARLESTON, IL.

Pay:

• $18.75/hour
