Job summary

Developmental Foundations in Mattoon, IL is seeking compassionate Caregivers / DSPs to support adults with developmental disabilities in our CILA group homes. This entry-level role provides meaningful, hands-on care in a home-like setting, with paid training to become a certified DD Aide.

Weekend and holiday availability is required, and the schedule may include afternoons and evenings. Starting pay is $18.75 per hour, with eligibility for BCBSIL health and dental benefits, vision coverage, paid

We are hiring! Starting at $18.75/hour

Part-Time, 2nd shift (afternoon/evening). Work schedule may include combination weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Weekend availability is required! Do you want an opportunity to serve with compassion and help others in our community? We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their neighborhood group homes. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family-owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our group homes in Mattoon, IL.

Pay

• $18.75/hour

Qualifications
