Job summary

Risk Kinetics in Arcola, IL seeks compassionate caregivers to support adults with developmental disabilities in community living homes. The DSPs provide around-the-clock care in CILA settings, including companionship, daily living support, and help with medications.

This full-time position requires weekend shifts and provides paid training along with benefits such as health coverage, PTO, and a retirement plan. Starting wage is $18.75 per hour.

Full-Time Caregiving opportunity now available!

Starting at $18.75/hour. Combination work schedule, including weekday shifts and weekend shifts. Weekdays-2nd shift and Weekends-1st shift/2nd shift. WEEKEND AVAILABILITY is REQUIRED! Do you want an opportunity to serve with compassion and help others in our community? We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with developmental disabilities in their neighborhood group homes. Our Caregivers / DSPs provide support to adults living in CILA homes (Community Integrated Living Arrangements) with around-the-clock care. Developmental Foundations, a family-owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs for our group homes in ARCOLA, IL.

Pay

• $18.75/hour
