Companions Forever is hiring across Connecticut to provide non-medical home care and companionship. We offer flexible schedules, including weekdays, weekends, overnights, and live-in shifts, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Join a team dedicated to helping clients stay independent at home. As a caregiver, you’ll assist with daily living activities, transportation, light housekeeping, meal prep, and social support, while meeting client plans of care and maintaining safety and dignity in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Open availability preferred.
• Experience as caregiver/HHA/CNA/PCA/Companion a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's Plan of Care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Be a steady, caring presence — companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.

Your Day-to-Day

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care
• Transport clients to appointments and activities
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care
• Be a steady, caring presence — offering companionship and emotional support
• Document care and provide reminders as directed

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Open availability preferred
• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus
