Companions Forever in Connecticut is hiring caregivers to provide non-medical home care following individualized plans of care. The role includes transportation, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Candidates with a valid license and background in caregiver roles are encouraged to apply. Flexible shifts, training, and supportive team culture are offered to help you thrive as a trusted home caregiver.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Open availability preferred.
• Experience as Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Be a steady, caring presence — offering companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.
