Companions Forever is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate non-medical home care across Connecticut. You will follow each client's Plan of Care, helping with daily tasks and accompanying them to appointments. The role emphasizes companionship, safety, and maintaining independence at home.

Flexible shifts include weekdays, weekends, overnights, and live-in options. A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are needed, with ongoing training and benefits available.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Open availability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Be a steady, caring presence — offering companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.

Your Day-to-Day

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care
• Transport clients to appointments and activities

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Open availability preferred
• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus
