Companions Forever in Connecticut is seeking caregivers to provide non-medical home care, companionship, and support following individualized care plans. You may transport clients, assist with daily activities, and help with light housekeeping and meal prep.

A valid driver's license, background check, and open availability are preferred. We offer competitive pay, benefits through the company, and ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance will be necessary.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Aufgaben

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's Plan of Care.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping.
• Help with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and provide reminders as directed.

Your Day-to-Day

• Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care
• Transport clients to appointments and activities
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping
• Assist with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care
• Be a steady, caring presence — offering companionship and emotional support
• Document care and provide reminders as directed

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Open availability preferred
• Experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion is a plus
