Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living is hiring Personal Services Assistants (PSAs) to provide hands-on care for our senior residents. If you’re compassionate and dependable, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll assist with activities of daily living and support meals, housekeeping, and laundry while following safety guidelines. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Follow safety and infection control guidelines.
• Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
