Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists residents in personal care including grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition.
• Assists residents to and from dining room as needed and assists with meals.
• Encourages and assists residents to participate in activities.
• Listens to and reports observations to Director as appropriate.
• Participates in in-service programs to expand abilities.
• Sets a good example for residents and staff by appearance and conduct.
• Maintains compliance with policies and regulations.
• Understands and implements fire safety and evacuation procedures during drills.
• Dependable with attendance and punctuality.
