Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred
• CNA certification welcomed but not required for Caregiver roles
• At least 6 months of experience in caregiving roles such as CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP
• Memory Care experience is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy working with seniors and being part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Build trusting relationships so residents feel safe, valued and at home
• Encourage social interaction, engagement and independence
