Qualifications
- NJ CNA certification required

- Minimum 6 months experience in assisted living/long-term care preferred
- Memory care experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care
- Monitor changes and report to the nursing team
- Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Collaborate with nurses and caregivers to maintain a safe environment
