Caregiver/CNA/Home Health Aide Duties:

• Personal Health Care
• Light Housekeeping
• Simple Meal Preparation
• Assistance with Bathing & Grooming

Requirements:

Homemakers must be physically capable of assisting clients with dressing, feeding, hair care, mouth care, shaving (electric or safety razor), nail care (excluding trimming), positioning, toileting, and transfers.

• Able to push and pull a minimum of 100 pounds
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to move in tight spaces and between objects
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, climb stairs, bend, kneel, twist, sit, and reach within shoulder limits
• Able to perform physical tasks continuously for up to an hour without rest
