Job summary

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a patient care assistant for home-based services in Wethersfield, CT. The role involves aiding clients with basic personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, and daily activities in accordance with each care plan.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of continuous work experience and one year of patient care experience; new grad CNAs are welcome. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Shift Detail

These hourly cases range anywhere from 4-12 hours at any time in the day, evening or night.

Driver’s License and Transportation
