Job summary

Hireology is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to help individuals live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.

As part of our Caregiver Development Program, you'll receive paid training, a flexible schedule, and daily pay while supporting clients' physical, mental, and social well-being.

No prior caregiving is required; training is provided, and you could start within a week.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred, but not required—training provided.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with everyday tasks while helping them remain safe and independent at home.
• Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and meaningful interaction.
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines.
• Support clients in maintaining a healthy and comfortable lifestyle.
• Communicate client updates with care managers and office staff.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families.
