Job summary

Touchmark on West Century in Bismarck/Mandan is seeking compassionate caregivers, CNAs and CMAs to enrich the lives of residents in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods.

We offer full-time and part-time roles with sign-on bonuses of $2,000 for full-time and $1,000 for part-time, plus ongoing perks. You will apply medication administration procedures daily and contribute to a caring, respectful team that lives Touchmark's values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed Certified Medication Aide in this state.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Care experience with elderly residents preferred.
• Ability to maintain patient and compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living in assisted living and memory care.
• Administer medications according to procedures.
• Provide emotional support using Best Friends Approach.
