Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living per resident's plan.
• Get to know residents and support their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and the community team.
• Assist with meals, serving, clearing, and maintaining a welcoming dining area.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive team-first culture.

We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Alpharetta community located in Alpharetta, GA.

What You\'ll Do

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
• Get to know our residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
• Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team.
• Comfortable using basic technology; Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus.
