Inspired Living in Kenner, LA is seeking caring individuals to join our Care Partners team. You will provide compassionate assistance with daily living, support residents' dignity, and collaborate with families and the care team to ensure a safe, welcoming home.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ year caregiving experience, and a passion for serving older adults. CNA/HHA certification is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, and a team player.
• Basic technology skills; Word/Excel helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with daily living per resident plans.
• Get to know residents and support their individual needs and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow safety and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and staff.
• Assist with meals, dining, serving, and keep dining area welcoming.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-first culture.
• Help make each day brighter for residents.

At Inspired Living, our Care Partners provide personalized support with daily living, build genuine relationships with residents and families, and help create a community where everyone feels safe, respected, valued, and at home.

We are currently hiring for our Inspired Living at Kenner community.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance with activities of daily living according to each resident's service plan.
• Get to know our residents and provide care that supports their individual needs, preferences, and dignity.
• Observe and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Care Partners, clinical leaders, families, and other members of the community team.
• Help create a warm and welcoming dining experience by assisting with meals, serving, clearing, and keeping the dining area beautiful.
• Jump in, support your teammates, and contribute to a positive team-first culture.
• Help make every day a little brighter for our residents!

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of caregiving or similar experience preferred/required.
• CNA or HHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for serving older adults.
• Dependable, compassionate, and ready to be part of a team.
• Comfortable using basic technology; Microsoft Word and Excel experience is a plus.
