Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Panama City, FL is seeking an experienced caregiver/CNA to provide compassionate, in-home care to clients who need assistance at home.

You will support daily living activities, including companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, while maintaining excellent communication with clients and families. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours to serve nearby clients.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver/CNA in-home setting.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Own transportation to travel between client homes.
• Level 2 AHCA background check completed or in process.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assist with non-medical needs.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish a professional relationship with clients, families and co-workers.
• Be reliable and punctual, ensuring shifts are covered.
