Interim HealthCare Inc. in Greenville County, SC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / CNA to provide personal care, companionship, and daily living support to clients in their homes.

You’ll work flexible shifts with up to 40 hours per week and 1:1 client assignments to foster meaningful connections. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 months caregiving experience; a minimum 20 hours per week commitment; CNA certification is preferred but not required.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional) in a home care setting.
• Commitment to a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship.
• Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs).

As a Caregiver / CNA with Interim, you’ll enjoy:

• Up to 40 hours a week
• Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour based on experience and licensing
• Same Day Pay: Available with Tapcheck and/or weekly pay via direct deposit
• 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio, allowing for meaningful connections with those you care for

As a Caregiver / CNA, you will support clients by:
