Executive Home Care of Alpharetta is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/CNA/PCA to provide essential personal care in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing and grooming.
• Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
• Assist with meal planning and preparation.
• Engage clients in meaningful conversations.
• Observe and report changes in clients' health status.

  • Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Companionship and Social Interaction
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Health Monitoring
  • Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
  • Document care provided and any notable observations.
