Job summary

Wellington Place at Biron in Wisconsin Rapids is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide hands-on daily living assistance in a welcoming on-site community. You will support personal care, meals, mobility, and monitor resident well-being while promoting dignity and independence.

Experience is not required; we offer employer-paid training. Applicants must be 16+ and able to read, write and communicate in English, with a caring attitude and good judgment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must always maintain a caring attitude towards residents and be capable of good judgment in all situations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve evening meals and snacks as needed.
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accordingly.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries.
• Provide companionship and emotional support during evening hours.
• Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals or family members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to client care.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members.

Schedule: Currently hiring for AM Shift (6:00AM -2:00PM) | PM Shift (2:00PM-10:00PM) | NOC Shift (10:00PM - 6:00AM) - Every other weekend | Rotating Holidays - Ask us about our flexible scheduling, we want to work with your schedule!

Job Summary

A Caregiver at Wellington Biron is compassionate and dependable. In this role, you will provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal care, medication assistance, meal support, and mobility, while promoting resident dignity and independence. Caregivers also monitor resident well-being, communicate changes to the care team, and help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care to seniors and individuals in a residential setting.

Experience is not necessary; Wellington Place at Biron as part of Wisconsin Illinois Senior Housing's family, has an employer paid training program! NO SPECIAL CERTIFICATIONS OR LICENSES NEEDED!

Compensation

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour, dependent on experience

PLUS $.50 per hour shift differential for PM Shift

PLUS $1.00 per hour shift differential for NOC Shift

Qualifications

Required:

Must be 16 years of age or older

Have good communication skills

Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

Must always maintain a caring attitude towards residents and be capable of good judgment in all situations.

• Must be able to pass background checks and any required screenings.
