Wellington Place at Whiting in Stevens Point, Wisconsin is seeking an Assisted Living Caregiver to provide hands-on daily living support, including personal care, meal assistance, and mobility aid while promoting resident dignity and independence.

The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care to seniors in a residential setting. Schedules include Days, PMs, and NOCs with every other weekend and rotating holidays, plus comprehensive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• Must always maintain a caring attitude towards residents and be capable of good judgment in all situations.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine resident care
• Observe residents and alert staff to changes
• Offer conversation and companionship
• Assist with mobility via wheelchair or walker
• Assist with toileting, bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Assist with feeding
• Perform light cleaning & linen changes
• Document results of patient/resident care within established policies, procedures and scope of practice.

Job Summary

A Caregiver at Wellington Place at Whiting is compassionate and dependable. In this role, you will provide hands‑on support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal support, and mobility, while promoting resident dignity and independence. Caregivers also monitor resident well‑being, communicate changes to the care team, and help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality care to seniors and individuals in a residential setting.

Compensation

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour dependent on experience

• $.50per hour shift differential for PM Shift
• $1.00 per hour shift differential for NOC Shift

Preferred:

• Prior experience as a Caregiver or CNA in a long‑term care setting
