Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living while supporting person-centered care.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, meals, and related tasks.
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested by residents.
• Ensure residents are treated with privacy, respect and dignity.
• Follow standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Complete required training at hire and annually.

Responsibilities of the Care Partner

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living in a manner that supports our person‑centered care philosophy.
• Provides personal care services as outlined in the individual services plans such as assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, positioning, assist to meals, feeding, change bed linens, laundry, etc.
• Assist in daily requirements and tasks as requested.
• Ensure residents are provided privacy, respect, and dignity.
• Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
• Completes state required training upon hire and annually.

Required Experience

• Possess, at a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• We welcome applicants with prior experience in caregiving, home care, or community‑based care.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
