magnoliaplace in Roswell, GA is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner to support seniors in a residential setting. You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily activities, and help residents maintain independence.

Starting wage is $17.00-$22.00 per hour with Day/Evening/NOC shifts. We offer flexible scheduling, same-day pay, comprehensive benefits, PTO, holiday pay, CEU reimbursement, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant experience caring for older adults.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans, ensure safety, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate with residents and staff to support well-being and independence.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
