Job summary

PSL is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents in a senior living community in Ridgeland, MS. Starting wage is 15.00–16.00 per hour, with Evening Shift 2 (3P-11P) options and opportunities for FT/PT scheduling. The role emphasizes compassionate care and daily impact in residents' lives.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
