Job summary

thelegacysouthplains is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner to support seniors in a community setting. You will assist residents with daily activities, communicate clearly with staff, and help maintain a safe living environment.

A state-certified credential is required where applicable, with at least one year of elder care experience. The role offers flexible shifts (All Shifts), competitive benefits, PTO, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state.
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults.
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisors.
