Now Hiring! Full-time, Part-time, and PRN Resident Caregivers

We are offering a sign-on bonus to our caregivers:

  • Full-time position: $1,000 - Receive 25% at 3 months, 25% at 6 months, and 50% at 1 year.
  • Part-time position: $500 - Receive 25% at 3 months, 25% at 6 months, and 50% at 1 year.

Schedule: 7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, 11 PM-7 AM

Qualifications of an ideal Resident Caregiver:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • CNA or HHA certification in applicable state
  • First Aid & CPR Certified

Resident Caregiver Job Summary:

As a Resident Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing a high level of care and comfort that our residents expect from us.

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) while making meaningful connections with each resident.
  • Provide safe transferring, assistance with personal hygiene, memory care stimulation, and social interaction.
  • Exhibit a passion for serving seniors and contribute to the positive environment our residents are proud to call home.
