Position Description:

As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living to RCAC, CBRF, and/or Memory Care residents, adhering to organizational and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Follow Resident Care plan to:
• Assist with activities of daily living
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers
• Assist with medication administration and reporting
• Assist with plating and serving meals
• Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas
• Support resident activities

Requirements:

• Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Must have CBRF certifications
