Join to apply for the Caregiver - 4-Day Work Week role at Capri Communities.

Available shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Work 32 hours and get paid for 40 hours each week with 8-hour shifts. Eligible for both full-time and part-time positions. Enjoy 52 paid days off per year. Inquire to learn more about the 4-day work week!

Job Position Description

As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living for RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care residents, adhering to organizational and regulatory standards.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Follow Resident Care plans to assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers.
  • Assist with medical administration and reporting.
  • Help with plating and serving meals.
  • Perform light housekeeping in resident areas.
  • Support resident activities.
