Job summary

A caring senior living community in Manitowoc is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide personal care and support for residents. The role requires assisting with daily activities, administering medication, and engaging residents in recreational activities. Ideal candidates will have a compassionate attitude and strong communication skills. Availability for 1st shift hours and passing a background check are necessary. Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
• CBRF Certifications preferred.
• Availability to work 1st shift hours (6am - 2pm), including every other weekend and holiday.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer medication as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping.
