Job summary

North Oak Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide personal care to our residents, assisting them with daily activities while fostering a safe and supportive environment.

Ideal candidates will have previous caregiving experience, strong communication skills, and a dedication to improving the lives of seniors. We offer weekly pay, sign-on bonuses, and a variety of benefits to support your well-being as a team member.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
• Availability to work 1st shift hours (7am - 3pm), including every other holiday.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer medication as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping.
