Job summary

Transitions At Home for Central Wisconsin in Wisconsin Rapids seeks a compassionate, dependable Part-Time Caregiver to provide in-home care for clients. You'll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Hours are 24 per week with potential to move to full-time. Starting wage is $17–$18 per hour, with benefits including 401k, flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• One year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Assist with Exercise Programs
• Prepare meals
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Brighten each client’s day with friendly, compassionate support

Transitions At Home is seeking a compassionate, dependable Part-TimeCaregiver to provide exceptional in-home care for clients in the Wisconsin Rapids area.

If you have a passion for helping others maintain their independence and quality of life, we'd love to hear from you. As a caregiver, you'll make a meaningful difference by helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assisting with Exercise Programs
• Preparation of meals
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Brighten each client's day with friendly, compassionate support

Hours: Part-Time 24 Hours a Week with the possibility of Full-Time

• Wednesday through Friday - 8 Hours daily
• No Holidays
