Transitions At Home, Inc. is seeking a compassionate, dependable Part-Time Non-Medical Caregiver Support Specialist to join our Baraboo area team.

You will help ensure continuity of care by covering caregiver call-ins, PTO, and staffing needs, while assisting with caregiver orientation and training and providing non-medical personal care in clients’ homes. The role emphasizes flexible hours (20+ per week, 7:00am–7:00pm, Mon–Fri, no holidays or weekends) with competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License with reliable vehicle.
• Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction and compassionate care.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for caregiver call-ins, PTO, medical leaves and staffing needs.
• Assist with caregiver orientation and training and deliver non-medical personal care in clients’ homes.
• Support both clients and caregivers to maintain consistent, reliable care.

Transitions at Home is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and flexible Part-Time Non-Medical Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team in the Baraboo area.

In this role, you will help ensure continuity of care for our clients by providing coverage for caregiver call-ins, paid time off (PTO), medical leaves, and other staffing needs. You will also assist with caregiver orientation and training while providing high-quality, non-medical personal care services to clients in the comfort of their own homes when needed.

As a Non-Medical Caregiver Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting both our clients and caregivers by helping maintain consistent, reliable care. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Hours: Part-Time - 20+ Hours a week
