Job summary

Transitions At Home is seeking a compassionate, dependable PRN Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care for clients in the Stevens Point area.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assisting with Exercise Programs
• Preparation of meals
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Brighten each client's day with friendly, compassionate support

Hours

• Monday through Friday - Hours Vary
• No Holidays

Qualifications / Job Requirements
