Job summary

Transitions At Home for Central Wisconsin is seeking a compassionate PRN Caregiver to provide in-home care for clients in the Adams area. As a caregiver, you'll help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Hours are 8-15 per week, Monday through Friday with no holidays. Starting wage is $16.50-$17.50 per hour, with benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• One year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Assisting with Exercise Programs
• Preparation of meals
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Brighten each client's day with friendly, compassionate support
