Job summary

Transitions At Home in Sparta, WI is seeking a compassionate PRN Caregiver to provide in-home care for clients in the Sparta area.

As a caregiver, you'll assist with ADLs, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and offer companionship to help clients stay safe and independent at home. We offer a competitive wage and benefits to eligible employees, including 401k and flexible spending accounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• One year of caregiving experience preferred.
• A valid Wisconsin driver's license and car insurance.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene
• Assist with Exercise Programs
• Preparation of meals
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Brighten each client's day with friendly, compassionate support

Primary Responsibilities

Hours

PRN 10 Hours a Week

• Monday through Friday - Hours Vary
• No Holidays
