Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, meal prep, medication reminders, and transportation to appointments. A high school diploma and dependable transportation are required, with background checks and drug screening. Previous caregiving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic medical practices.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to assist with daily activities and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with meals and feeding.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management.
• Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments and other outings.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, sweeping, and dishes.
• Engage in conversation and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

CNAs are welcome to apply. This is a part-time, hourly home care position.
