Dial Senior Living in Westminster, CO seeks a compassionate caregiver to provide personal care services with RN delegation. This entry-level role focuses on resident wellbeing, safety, and daily living support without a nursing certificate.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, and social engagement while maintaining strict confidentiality and teamwork with the care staff. Training provided; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Knowledge of Basic First Aid.
• No nursing certificate required; ideal for beginners in caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Provide services per resident service plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, mobility).
• Observe and report changes in health, safety, and well-being.
• Respond to call signals and emergencies; contact support as needed.
• Support mobility with transfers, positioning, and use of aids.
• Assist with meals and bussing during mealtimes.
• Offer companionship and encourage socialization.
• Launder clothing, linens, and towels; return to residents.
• Complete minor housekeeping and maintain a pleasant home environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report injuries.

Position Overview

This position does not require a nursing certificate and is ideal for individuals beginning a caregiving career. The position provides personal care services, assistance, and support while ensuring resident wellbeing and safety, through RN delegation.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing services to each resident according to the resident service plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in health, safety, and well-being of the residents.
• Respond promptly to call signals and resident emergencies, assisting with their immediate need or contacting emergency support.
• Support resident mobility by assisting with transfers, positioning, walking, and using mobility aids as needed.
• Assist with serving meals and bussing tables during mealtimes.
• Offer companionship and conversation while encouraging socialization among residents.
• Launder residents’ clothing, linen and towels; fold and return to residents.
• Complete minor housekeeping of residents’ apartments, providing a pleasant home environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of verbal and written information pertaining to residents, facility operations and personnel.
• Report on-the-job injuries to the supervisor before the end of the work shift on the day the injury occurs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 16 years old
