Job summary

White Oak Village seeks a dedicated Caregiver to build meaningful connections with residents in our senior living community. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care and support daily activities to help residents live with dignity and joy.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, feeding, mobility, and monitoring health while maintaining accurate records and communicating changes to the care team. A high school diploma and English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with Mosaic policies and regulatory requirements.
