Job summary

Comfort Keepers in California is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to deliver compassionate, high-quality in-home care to seniors. You will join a caregiving team to support clients in maintaining independence and joy, working on a part-time basis at client homes.

The role emphasizes reliable scheduling, respectful communication with families, and a commitment to dignity and safety. This position offers meaningful impact and flexible weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience or related field.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility needs.
• Support clients with medication management and reminders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.

Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Comfort Keepers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to ensure that each client receives the support they need to maintain their independence and joy. Whether you work on a full-time or part-time basis, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide companionship and personal care to clients in their homes.
2. Assist with daily living activities and mobility needs.
3. Support clients with medication management and reminders.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
5. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Previous experience in caregiving or a related field.
2. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
4. Relevant certifications, such as CPR

Bonus If You:

1. Have training in Alzheimer’s & Dementia care.
2. Possess additional language skills.
3. Have experience with mobility assistance.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for Part-Time options and requires availability from Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, at client's home.
