Job summary

Sierra Del Sol Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to build meaningful relationships with residents and support their daily life skills. You will help implement personal care plans and adjust levels of care as needed, while collaborating with the clinical team to address resident needs promptly.

The role requires an Arizona Department of Health Services Caregiver Certificate, reliable transportation, and a flexible, compassionate approach.

Job description

As a Caregiver with Sierra Del Sol Senior Living, we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred

• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a Caregiver:

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff
• Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day
• Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of the company

Required Certifications:

• Arizona Department of Health Services Caregiver Certificate

$18.00 - $20.00/hour
*Depending on Experience
