Cascade Living Group is seeking a Caregiver for Sierra Del Sol Senior Living in Arizona to build meaningful relationships with residents and support personal care plans. You will assist with life skills, participate in activities, and coordinate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs.

The position requires an Arizona caregiver certificate, reliable transportation, and weekend availability; offers competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Arizona Department of Health Services Caregiver Certificate required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Reliable transportation and dependable punctuality.
• Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties for residents.
• Effective communicator with staff, residents and families.
• Compassionate individuals representing the community professionally.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.

• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day.
• Work with the clinical team to ensure residents’ needs are addressed promptly.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.

As a Caregiverwith Sierra Del Sol Senior Living, we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred

• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time

• Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents

• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a Caregiver:
