Job summary

Sierra Del Sol Senior Living, part of Cascade Living Group, is seeking a Caregiver to build meaningful relationships with residents and support daily living activities. You’ll help develop personal care plans and adjust care levels as needed, with emphasis on compassionate, respectful interaction.

Responsibilities include establishing relationships, assisting with life skills, implementing care plans, coordinating with the clinical team, and demonstrating strong time management.

Qualifications

• Must have Arizona Department of Health Services Caregiver Certificate.
• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required.

Job description

As a Caregiver with Sierra Del Sol Senior Living, we’re looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. On a daily basis you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

Whatwelook for in a Caregiver:

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred

• Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time

• Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents

• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families

• Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

What you can expect to do as a Caregiver:

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff

• Assist residents in life skills and other life enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile

• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences and preferred routines

• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day

• Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management

• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of the company

Required Certifications:

• Arizona Department of Health Services Caregiver Certificate

$18.00 - $20.00/hour
*Depending on Experience
