Job summary

Cascade Living in Washington state is seeking compassionate Caregivers to build meaningful relationships with residents. You will assist seniors with life skills, help develop personal care plans, and support level-of-care adjustments under the supervision of the clinical team.

This role offers full-time or part-time schedules, day or night shifts, and a competitive hourly wage of $20.00–$22.00, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Reliable transportation and dependable.
• Positive attitude and the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents.
• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents, and their families.

Responsibilities

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff.
• Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile.
• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines.
• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day.
• Work with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter.
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management.
• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living.

As a Caregiver, we're looking for you to build meaningful relationships with our residents by getting to know their personalities and preferences. Daily you'll be relied upon to assist seniors with life skills, maintain and develop personal care plans and recommend level-of-care adjustments.

• Rotating Scheduling (4 on, 2 off)
